Kram JE2 KRAM JE II two line bucket sealer is designed for closing and sealing buckets with thermoforming films. Widely used in many industrial branches (bakery industry, fired apples, fruit preserves, jam, fish, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, paints, sauerkraut, spices, etc.) Buckets with dosed product are placed on the belt conveyor from KRAM JE II by operator or existing conveyor, goes to sealing head which seal and cut the film. Depending on the equipment KRAM JE II may be equipped for the following modules: bucket de-nester; filling module; steam injection of the film or bucket; gas injection; lid de-nester; closing module. KRAM JE II can work separately or it can be added to existing customer’s technological line. Two types of sealing possible: “on flat” and “thermal inwards”. Easily and friendly for operator way of exchanging sealing head.
